Title: slippery slope (toward the tank)...Help!

Hi guys. I just picked up a 90 K100LT this summer and it is constantly sliding me toward the tank. This results in a perpetual wedgie, and has my knees wedged against the fairing :yow. I'v been hoping that switching the stock seat for a corbin would help, but that just seems to have made it worse. any thoughts on how I can "level out" the seat?
    I was hoping to just adjust the spring pr-eload on the rear shock and maybe bring the back end down a bit, but this shock don't do that.  Seems to be seems to be the Nivomat/Boge variety and is apparently self adjusting. I am going to pad the back of the fairing to save my knees, but would rather not have to bother if there's another way. Any thoughts, suggestions, advice would be greatly appreciated.

I`ll guess you`re using a syntetic driving suit, add a couple of leather patches at the rear end.
Or get yourself a couple of leather trousers / driving suit.

Hmm, Enhance the friction factor. Hadn't thought in that direction. thanks. Thats why I need to post questions. My thinking gets a little too linear at times and need help thinking out of the box. Not sure I can swing leather britches right now, but it opens up new directions to explore. To answer your question, I wear jeans with leather chaps. Ninety percent of my riding is my commute back and forth to work.
Actually thinking of trying to put some kind of spacer on the bottom side of the front end of the seat and see how that works. May have trouble with it latching though. Have to try it and see. Please keep the ideas coming though....

Sew some velcro onto your seat and get velcro pants. :)
