Hello,
This bike is new to me. I want to convert it to become a 100% original looking standard seat height bike.
Is this at all possible, and what do I need in order to do so? Side panels I guess, new seat, anything more? Mounting hardware?
I can provide pictures if needed.
Regards
Boerge

Hi Boerge
There is not a lot to change and you would be best to find someone who has a stock height seat that needs a low seat and do the change ove side by side if possible.
There have been a few here who have wanted to do a swap but I have not seen any lately.
If you drop around to the front verandar and introduce your self then have a poke around the yard sale you may find something there or put up a notice on the fence where all will see it. I am sure you will get a reply as usually the swap is wanted the other way.

Ok, thanks for great reply.
So you are saying that the conversion can be done up to a stock/OEM look, i.e there are no differences in frame/mounting holes/bolts on the low seat version of my bike?

No differences in any of that. With the correct parts it's relatively simple to convert either way.

I'm interested in switching/trading to a low seat but I'd want to sit on one first just to make sure.
Current seat is a Corbin Gunfighter in great shape.

I am looking for a stock low set for my K75. I have a low Corbin if anyone is interested.

Boerge,
You will have to change your side panels, seat latching hardware, seat lock and tool tray when you go standard. I cant think of anything else that you need to change.
