Anyone know anything about this cheap aftermarket fuel pump? I emailed the English seller and inquired about the manufacturer's name. He said it has no name, but its 52mm and is an exact replacement to the stock fuel pump. Being that BMW hikes the price up by 3 times on everything , does it make sense that this no name fuel pump can be ok at about 100 bucks?

bmp Anyone try any of the super cheap supposedly OEM 52 mm fuel pumps? Heck, if it works it would be a good plan to even buy two of them and keep one in the tail cowl. That way you are sure to make sure the one in the tank doesn't fail.
:hehehe

I have just ordered one of these, seller appears to be a manufacturer. Pump also looks identical and listing shows it fitting K100 and K75's. For $29.00 US extremely cheap, and I will do a report when it arrives before and after testing. My OEM which is fine will be substituted for the new Chinese one. I'm already running a $13.33 Au Chinese rear master cylinder which I pulled apart and checked, and is working flawlessly. Give me another 10 years and I'll have a Chinese Brick. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/for-BMW-K-Ducati-K75-K100-K1100-K1-1983-1997-BOSCH-16121461576-16121460452-0580-463-999/32784411992.html? Mine was $24.
Nothing you have a spare for will ever break unless you need special tools to replace it.

Good to know, I just ordered a cheap fuel pump and a spare from Aliexpress.com. Will let everyone know how it works once I have it in the bike. :dunno2: There are a few different suppliers for these at this site all quite cheap.

I went with the one I went with as they appear to be a manufacturer. I don't know whether it will make any difference, just a vague hope that if it has any problems it might be easier to get warranty. :dunno I bought a Chinese GPS which is still going, but the power supply failed within a week, three Emails to the seller with no response.
