I'm dealing with an electrical problem now. Here's the breakdown...
Background:
I forgot to cover the bike (1992 K75S) last week, and then we got hit with a huge rainstorm. So that might be the culprit.
Symptoms:
ABS Light: Three out of four times, the ABS light will not come on at all, either before or after the bike has been started. Sometimes it comes on after riding a few miles, then it blinks in time with the triangle warning light.
ABS Reset Rocker Switch: If the power is on, but the bike is not running, pressing the switch will cause the blinking lights (whichever are on) to go solid. Once the bike is started, the light(s) resume blinking, and the switch has no effect.
Triangle Warning Light: The light goes out once the brakes have been applied, as usual. After riding a couple feet, the light starts blinking.
ABS Brakes: I've tested the rear brakes and the ABS systems are working.
Diagnoses:
My theory is that the ABS warning light has a bad connection, which is causing it to sporadically come on, and read a false fault. I have reset the ABS about ten times using the grounded-wire-in-the-connector technique. I guess the next step is to test the front brake, then rig up an LED and find out which fault is being read...
Any ideas?

Easiest way to test the ABS is to get the bike up to about 20 mph and slam on the rear brake to lock up the rear wheel. If it goes chunk-chunk-chunk then the ABS is working. ( Disclaimer: I assume that you can ride well enough to lock up the rear wheel and not crash. If you can't and you do crash it's not my fault.)
If it isn't working then get a 12V LED at Radio Shack and read the error code.
