Title: Pop Quiz: Mystery sockets in relay box

Can anyone identify to two receptacles I've drawn arrows to? 
I believe on is an accessory socket and one may be a diagnostic port...?

White one is for the factory alarm system.  Black one is for the radio on RT/LT models.

Would those be free to use for other projects?  I assume the requisite live, switched and ground wires are in there summwhere ...
