The strangest thing happened to my nearly 40 year old K100, the fuel relay stopped working :johnny
Jokes aside, does anyone have a used one for sale or know where I can get one that is reasonably priced? I have a hard time justifying paying $50 for a relay, but maybe that's just me being cheap and used to regular truck relay pricing
Any help would be appreciated!

You might have a junk yard nearby that has a web site stating which models they have in their yard. If they have a few BMW cars and you pop a few hoods there, you will probably find a few light green, five pin relays, which will work well. There's a photo in the following link.

Take the old one to an auto parts store. The counterman can match it.

Love this idea, daveson. Thanks! There's a pick-n-pull yard in the next town over that I'll check today.
I'm fortunate to have 4 auto parts stores within a block of each other and I went to all of them looking for a more economical replacement. Unfortunately, no-go. But I appreciate the suggestions
