Picked up a 90+% unmolested K100 Tuesday.
Title says it had been an RT, but the Headlight housing looks like a Standard. No, didn't get any of the RT fairings or saddlebags.
Short handlebars and a stubby straight pipe are all I've come across that looks non-OEM.
At purchase it would start fine, but bogged on giving it any gas. When I got home, I disconnected the return fuel line off the rail, hit the starter several times. Reconnected it and it revs pretty freely. I've gotten it up to 55mph on test rides, but there's some hesitations at different spots in the RPM range. I'll pull the injectors and clean them.
Also got most of another K100 and a Harbor Freight bike lift.
In the box of parts there's a padded envelope with a receipt for $117 for higher performance injectors, and the old ones in that envelope.

Nice haul of spares! I’m more envious of that than anything, and can’t look past it.

Injector #2 needed cleaned. Swapped out the fuel filter. Runs cleanly now up to 8k RPM!
Gray green needs rear master cylinder that will come from the black/red for now.
Hoping an instrument cluster swap from black to gray will get me a working odometer / tripmeter. If not, I'll do the odometer gear replacement, probably from Ricard Paulo (sp?). Also the cover over the Starter button from him.
On my previous K100RT, I had to replace those goofy orange/white/red gears that someone described as being made out of compressed applesauce. :-p
