An idea that has served me well, with an update to make them more effective and longer-lasting.

Great video! The foam addition is a capital idea. Been using a variant of the idea, but like your reusable slant better .. probably add torque values written on the board if winter drags out. Thanks, Cheers

Thanks! I had thought about putting the tool sizes near each fastener - the torque specs are a great idea too!

Seems like overkill to me.
I know Ks well enough now to just throw every bolt in a paper bowl because I know where they go by heart but when I did my first K75RT fairing teardown I took each set of bolts off and put them in plastic bags with serially numbered Post-It notes. It made the re-install much easier with no confusion.

Torque spec cheat sheets:

4V: https://www.kbikeparts.com/classickbikes.com/ckb.tech/0.ckb.tech.files/torque/4V_K__Torque_Specs.pdf
I print these, fold them half way, laminate them and keep them in my toolbox.

Thanks duckster, helpful info as this tip evolves from laying out bolts on paper to precision organization.

Whatever works best for you. These work for me.

"I think nobody knows more about bolts than I do",- :laughing1:
Jokes aside. Usually getting the bolts out is the biggest issue. Dont have to map your bolts if you snap them.
