bike is a 1990 K75 RT. I took the front fenders off a month ago to remove the forks to rebuilt them. I have now forgot how the hard right to left brake is placed so the back part of the fender can be attached to the forks and the fork brace. The brakes cross-over hard line was bent in the process of removing the wheel so it does not have the original shape. I am guessing it is looped inside the fork brace? All the shop manuals I have show the Y style brakes hose that go from the master cylinder to the right and left calipers and not this setup.
thanks for any help

In this photo, the crossover pipe is missing its rubber grommet cushion in the left side pipe slot but the right side slot has one installed. 1994 model. Post a photo of your fender's rear section if it differs from this.

thanks for the help.
this was real PITA to put back together. I spent 2 hours trying to bent the brake line back to the form in the picture. I got close, the rear fender is not quite line up on one side. not sure why BWM made the line such a tight fit.
Thank again

The Brits call that situation fiddly. You're ahead of the game because you didn't break anything! You should be able to eventually tweak it into better alignment if it really starts to bother you.

Thanks.
I was surprised that Max BMW list the part, the brake cross over line, as available and its only $24. Maybe that's the path to perfection. Ha
