I came across a new K100/1200/1 clutch plate from Luftmeister (LU-1763). I've never heard before that they made such a thing - does anyone recall these? It's a serious clutch, definitely heavy-duty and set to shed heat.

Never heard of those either. Maybe they made it to go with their turbo kits

very cool, thank you!

I want the gear sets! 14% OD in fifth. . . interesting.

I had a Luftmeister 7%-11% gear set in my '85's transmission and I really appreciated it since I was forever searching for 6th, 7th or even 8th gear. That is a 7% taller primary ratio and a 11% taller 5th gear. The thing always felt like too much rpm at any speed. Took a long while but I finally realized I am more of a twins guy. Fours are just too busy for my tastes.

Well, true but this bike (my K75) seems very happy at 5,000 RPM. And I already usually downshift if I want to pass somebody. I don’t really need to be going down the road at 90 miles an hour
