Any idea what’s missing in this plug?
-
what color the wires? The harness had connections for fuel and temp gauges even if the bike didn't have them.

I may be wrong, but I think that is for the "choke" switch on the throttle bodies. The switch turns on the yellow "choke" lamp in the instrument cluster. That connector is usually located on the left hand side of the frame.

I may be wrong . . .
That's what makes this so exciting! Maybe jcuppy can determine the connector by downloading one of the schematics in the Technical Directory (https://www.motobrick.com/index.php?topic=11026.0) and let us know the situation.

well it does seem like it would be the choke indicator based on this but the choke light does come on with this not plugged in so very confused. Going to have to do mare tracing. Thanks very much. The darn thing has spark and compression and fuel but seems like too much fuel and thought this was another thing to check out.
-
If you let us know the color of the wires attached to the connector, that could go a long way to getting it identified.

What the heck is wrong with an occasional adrenaline rush? Especially this far into the winter. Helps deal with the cabin fever.

Winter? We've got the adrenaline; we just can't rush. :laughing4-giggles: This is the road for seven miles into town right now.

Sorry for delay. Got busy. You know how goes. Ha. The plug has solid green and solid black wire.
