I have ridden more years than I can remember, owned most of the major flavors. Bought my first BMW in my early twenties. Currently down to a 1990 K1 that I have owned more than twenty three year, (my God) just can't seem to let this one go. I'm not saying I beat on the bike like I have GS's, but she may have been stuck on more than one Mexiacan beach in the past. They are meant to be ridden.

Look forward to interacting/learning from like minded people.

Had a K1 for a little while back in the 90's, loved the bike but my knees hated it. (and that's back when I was young and flexible) :laughing1:

Good looking bike. And yeah, I know what you mean about the knees, not exactly a tourer.
