Title: Is this the Front ABS Switch?
Post by: RetroTexan on July 03, 2023, 11:24:37 AM
1989 K100RT

I've searched through the Clymer's, scoured Google for wiring diagrams, and searched this forum but can't find what this wire is for. It's the very last rogue wire I have before I can add a battery and see if this yee will haw.

I'm assuming this goes from the front brake lever to the Front Wheel ABS Pressure Modulator. Can anyone confirm this or knows what it may be?

The ABS was removed by a previous owner so I don't have those components to check.

I think that is a ground wire for the switch and lever assembly.  I think it was something about the brake light switch because the bars are mounted in rubber.  The other end should connect to the ground point under the tank.
