Well forum....it looks like this group is due for another build. And this one has been a long time in the making. My name is Ray. I've been in this group since 2017, which is when I purchased my 1985 K100. Since joining I've been reading, asking questions and just trying to gain as much information as possible about this awesome bike. I've probably viewed over a thousand pics, just trying to see in which direction I want to go. This group has already answered a lot of my questions, but seeing as this is my first real 'build', I still have lots of questions concerning the K100. But I'm sure you guys will come through if I run into any problems.
Just a heads up.... my computer skills are not the greatest so please bare with me if pics don't download, are upside down or words are misspelled. I also have been dealing with some medical issues, so if it's awhile in between posts, do know I am determined to render a completed project. (Are projects ever complete?)
Over the next few weeks I'm going to attempt to post some pics of when I first got the bike and where I am at this moment.
Any advice, stories or pics will be greatly appreciated.
So.......here we go!!!

Sharp!

Thank you. A work in progress. Looks nothing like this now. Will post more pics of the disassembly.

Here are some pics of the disassembly. And is there a way to rotate pic once posted? Thank you, Ray!

Not unless you use the Gallery function to post your photos. The method you used doesn't accommodate that. Take photos with the phone in the vertical position. If you can crop them using your phone app, do that, then post them. Otherwise you need to upload them to your computer, orient them correctly, save them then post them, or start your own gallery and post them from it; you can reorient them using its features.
You were entitled to one miracle photo intervention, Ray; now you're on your own. :laughing4-giggles:

Thanks for the 'miracle photo intervention' Laitch. I will definitely work on getting these pics in order. But it may take awhile.....I have lots of pics.
