Title: JVB and his third K75, Cafe
Post by: JimVonBaden on July 04, 2022, 06:09:11 PM
A few may know me, but many don't know I was a K75 fan before the R series. I had a K75.

A K75S (converted)

And now a K75RT many years later:

This bike will be custom, and not to everyone's tastes. But that never really bothered me.

Sweet! I'm on my second K, foolishly sold the first one (K100RT) but i actually prefer the K75S I have now.

I just finished checking (and adjusting one) valves on my R1200GSA LC with your video as a guide. The torque spec sheet was also very handy!

Welcome back to reality Jim!  Think I was the only one who would ride a K bike to your tech days...

Only three? I currently own eleven K bikes, six of them are K75s. (And I've owned more of them in the past.)

As to the cafe thing, it's not my cup of tea but I figure it's your bike so do whatever you want to it.

WelKome to motobrick!

Not typically my thing either, but for a thrashed 91K mile bike, with lots of missing and damaged pieces, restoration of a mostly unloved brick makes the juice not worth the squeeze, so may as well have some fun and pass it on when done. :-)
