I have a 1985 K100RS that runs well and is issue free. Did lots of work to have it that way (so much to tell). So much to say about it but I'll reserve that for the serious buyer.
I'm asking 10K. Paypal, Check, money order or cash are all fine.
Clean title
Bike has actual/ real 2243 miles on it.
It rode it again today for about 60 miles and purred the whole time.
Original tool kit, manuals, hardcases etc. Looks and runs like new
I live in Virginia
my cell is 757-515-0527
my email is jayventuri@gmail.com
Probably the finest example of the k100RS
I shall let the pictures speak for themselves:

That's quite a survivor, would be a good candidate for auction on "Bring A Trailer" (might go fo 20K!) :laughing1: Good luck with your sale!
-
Thank you, what is "Bring a Trailer"

Thank you, what is "Bring a Trailer"
Has Google broke down again? I thought that only happened up here. :laughing4-giggles:
Anyway, it's an auction site—sort of like eBay— but specializes in vehicles of all kinds and also, unlike eBay, there's no time limit to the auction as long as competing bidders outbid the previous bidder within a specified time. That can make a sale price go right up through the roof when there are a few bidders who want to win badly enough, until only one has courage and money enough to prevail. :laughing1: Read all about it (https://bringatrailer.com/motorcycles/). It's more likely you could get closer to your dream price there. Pray

+1 on BAT. https://bringatrailer.com/
It's like selling your bike at a Mecum or Barret Jackson auction. Big money collectors watch that site.
You will need a lot of close up detail photos to get top buck. Listings with 30-40 photos are common.

Thank you, brain fart. I'll check it out

You're welcome! No need to be formal; you can just call me brain. icon_cheers

Take 150 photos for BAT, and don't forget to note "numbers matching" somewhere in your description!
I'll keep a lookout for your sale and I hope you have good luck. I have seen bikes there in similar shape go for 6-7 K. 10 K might be a stretch even there.
You can find them albeit in rougher shape and with more miles on Craigslist or Ebay for 3-4 K every day
But yours is in beautiful shape - almost concours :mb:

A "mint" 15K 88 RS-SE just sold for $8K on Ebay. Probably would've gone for $10K at BAT.
