Title: Impossibly scary stiff throttle!

Could hardly twist the damn thing and it wouldn't spring back, yikes, came on suddenly.  Just needed a good cleaning to remove accumulated crud and rust, lubed it with some silicone and now slippery and good as a 36 yr old should be.

My throttle is smooth but boy do I need to clean up my clutch! It has got sticky and unpredictable on my favorite ride, 75S.
