Hi again!.
Today i attcked the water and oil seal kit instation.
All went well, lot of dust, mixed with oil, a nice mud..
I cleaned carefully with neddles and compressed air, each bolt to be sure the allen key was all the way in the bolts.
In the dismante procedure, i broke the cable that goes to the oil pressure sensor, anyway the housing of the cable is broken in 2 places and i see the metal cable itself. I need to repair that.
This cable goes straight into the harness?, may be i can cut closer to the frame, solder an extension to arrive to the pressure sensor?....any ideas on that? there's a straight part replacement?
On the other hand my impeller is the older one, and i've the kit for the new one, so i'll buy the new replacement part.
I was amazed on how well built ere the drive shafts, i have not dismantle the unit yet, i hope mine is in good shape.
Thanks for your comments on the cable!

You can buy a replacement for the oil pressure wire - part 61127665811
Or just solder in some newer wire.
Not that it really matters that much but it's actually not a sensor, it's a normally closed switch that opens the circuit when there is sufficient oil pressure.

Ok, bad news.
here's the 19 teeth shaft, it's heavy worn.
I guess i need a new one, right? or i can still use this one?
Thanks for your opinions

You are correct. It could be used again but it will leak. Guaranteed.
I had to replace mine and some other parts when I rebuilt my pump.
