Title: My '89 K100 - my twist on an 80's cafe racer
Post by: Ben_G on December 02, 2020, 11:27:19 AM
Afternoon gents,

I never liked the idea of a 1989 bike being a cafe racer, its a 60's style, and for me the 80's was a better era, so this is my take on it.
This is where I'm currently up to:

you can also see my latest video on youtube here:

The only thing that hasn't been modified (yet) is the engine.

What do you think?

Good job.

That looks energetic, even while it's stationary.

Is it simple to replace the rear wheel with that better looking one?

Hi Daveson,

Thanks you.

It's a k1200lt rear wheel, it just bolts on but you do need the bolts from the k1200 as they're longer.
