Title: Combination switch refresh?

I've seen some folks post pics of combination switches on their handlebars that seem bright and fresh... Does anyone have tips on making faded ones look a bit brighter? I know you can get new turn signal paddles (or at least you could at one time) but what about making the horn button brighter red, the dimmer brighter yellow, etc?
