Title: Fan kicks in
Post by: Texer on August 15, 2020, 10:05:43 PM
I was in stoplight traffic today in Seattle in 11 year high temperatures. All of the sudden a new noise, I’m trying to figure it out and then I realize, that the fan that I had replaced last year kicked in! The original was fused by melted plastic and so I replaced it, not really knowing what the rest of the circuit was like. Good to know it works.

Johnny Blanket + manual fan switch + upgrade to Spal Fan keep the cajones from roasting like a Texas barbecue

First time mine kicked in was kind of startling too.   :laughing4-giggles:  Then I was bathed in a heat wave and thought "huh" it does work.   :laughing1:
