I need to get rid of the slop in my front rotors. I was about to order the replacement washers, roll pins, and lock rings for my1994 K1100RS with ABS. However, when I look at the diagram 34_0649 - FRONT WHEEL BRAKE, ABS fiche for the ABS it says 24, 18, and 24 but, no mention of the 6. When I look at it for the non-ABS it shows the 6 extra Roller with snap ring. Don't I need all 4 components?

I'd say that Yes, you need the 6 rollers with springs.
Don't let the pictures confuse you. If you look close the "abs" picture also doesn't show any brake caliper or hoses.... yet I'm pretty sure your bike has them.
It's not unlike the wiring diagrams, they have the base, then they have 'addendum' drawings for the added options.

It was also an editorial and proofreading failure to reconcile the parts quantities in the parts price list for the ABS rotor so the number 18 wouldn't be hanging out alone in a dual assembly comprised of 24 holes. There are plenty of examples of these glitches throughout the fiche and everywhere else in deadline-driven publishing. Somehow it mostly works out ok. :laughing4-giggles:

Glad I did a reality check. Thank you Guys. 112350
Gryph, I did see that website from my research. Would be a huge cost savings as Max and Bob wants about $250 for a complete set on both sides. The bummer is Boxer Upgrades is in Romania and with everything going on in the world I don't know that I want to take that long.
-
Boxer Upgrades price is based on replacing only the roll pins; washers and clips are reused. If you go that route, it drops your MAX price to ~$130.00. The rollers (roll pins with snap rings) are an anti-rattle measure. If you replace those with the plain roll pins, you'll drop the price to ~$105.00. What's wrong with rattling? It's a motorcycle, fer fecksake!

Those hardened rotors make a real racket when they rattle around. Sort of like dragging a couple of cowbells under the bike or a very bad set of bells on a team of horses. The noise comes up through the fairing and the bottom of your helmet. Don't ask me how I know this.
If you are going to let them rattle, why bother replacing the bobbins?

To stop axial rotation which affects efficient braking. Rattling bobbins save lives!

Oh boy. Me thinks new bobbins and roll pins are not going to get rid of the clip clop of tiny clydesdales. 177381
