Hello all,
I just purchased from EagerBeaver the wiring loom to add the relay to my headlight. I bought the one to be able to add auxilary lights from my hi-beam. Ca anyone suggest what auxilary lights to get. I have a pair of warn auxilary lights that are hid. So should I stay with them and try those out, or would the wiser approach be to go with leds. I am not a lighting expert by far, however the little I've read it seems the leds have the edge. Anyway if you have a brand suggestion and a style or output capability that is favored I would love to hear back from you. Thank you, John

Also any help with mounting the lights would be great. Someone said to use the reflector on the forks, but I'd like something a little higher. I do have a blacked out bmw standard fairing on it. Any thoughts will be appreciated. If you have pictures that would be great as well. Thanks again.

The name of the company is Eastern Beaver. LEDs draw much less current than incandescent bulbs for the same amount of light and tend to be more durable. Here's a mount (https://www.twistedthrottle.com/denali-conventional-fork-tube-auxiliary-light-mount-for-39mm-49mm-1-5in-1-875in-diameter-tubes-black) that allows location of auxiliary lights onto the upper fork tubes of a naked Brick. There are many other adaptations out there.

Sorry, it was Eastern Beaver. Great site. Those mounts do look nice. Thanks for your help.

Not knocking LED efficiencies but if I need light a 1/4 mile down the road HID is my first choice. I use LED's as well on both my K bikes for short highway distances but they suck at long distance.
I installed an HID ($118 US/pair) headlight bulb on my brick recently and it is soooo much better than the 90 watt incandescent bulb it replaced. The downside is no h/low beam, just one range.
I still need good pencil beam spots. Any recommendations? XRay Vision has some but they may be too hi a wattage for my alternator and too large a face.
