Off to the Trades Guild today for maybe the last time for awhile, only had five of us turn up on Tuesday. boohoo I'm taking the loop to the Trades Guild today to have it mounted on a piece of timber I'll then put on my garage wall. 112350

Thanks Vol, I hope everybody comes out of this when it's finally over. I'll pass on the complements to Bernie. I couldn't bring the loop home we sort of got carried away. The bit of timber turned into some exotic piece of timber that's been planed, sanded and lacquered and the edges beveled. A name plate is in the process of being milled. The Guild is still open but for members only, this could change rapidly. Mate and I are in the process of repairing a big industrial 3 phase table planer that was donated and I need to finish making some bits for my ancient metal lathe.

I've got no idea Vol beyond knowing what pine looks like. It's a pretty heavy lump made by the resident Chippie at the Trades Guild. The plaque was done by Madame Treasurer. I managed to pick them up yesterday while last trip to the Guild oiling the machinery for a long term shutdown. Last run for the Brick for a long while, it looks like it's going onto life support. The rules in QLD don't seem to be black and white and change daily, I can't seem to visit my kids or grandkids. I can't visit a long retired mate who lives alone on acreage. I can go for food 2Km away and doctors and chemist 1Km away. I have added Sta-Bil to the Bricks tank and in protest it has started to backfire.

Visit your mate on acres, I did, you shouldn't have to feel guilty about being human, I brought my lunch and thermos, they say one meter but you can talk from three meters just as easy.
