Hello motobriks,
I am puzzled by the arrangemend in my k75s 1987 forks. In this attachment from repair manual i can see that valve housing (8) should be present on both dampers but it seems to me that one is missing. Here is some picture with dampers.

Am i wrong or i should have this valve housing?
Next weird thingee...
When i extracted the stanchions from sliders, on the bottom of sliders i found one spacer in each slider, shown in this manual picture as number 17 .

But these spacers were not on same position. Here is how i found them:

As i understand only a valve and 2 o-rings should be the only difference between left and right damper. But my findings are confusing. Can someone shine some light here please, would appreciate it!

One of the challenges of understanding BMW's instructions is their occasional inaccuracy or inconsistency in translation from German to English. Another challenge is that in the line drawing diagram you have attached, the right-side tube is on the left side of the diagram and the left-side tube is on the right side of the diagram. That's a typical format but sometimes understanding can be elusive after sleep and coffee deprivation.
:laughing4-giggles:
In the BMW manual's halftone photos—which you have attached—one part in each tube is labeled a valve housing; however, in the same manual's line drawing diagram of the tube assembly—which you also have attached—one of the valve housings is labeled a bushing. When I consult MAX BMW's parts fiche, the part in the right tube is labeled a bushing and the part in the left tube is labeled a housing. They might look exactly the same, or not; internal differences can't be determined by looking at the diagrams. In MAX's fiche, their part numbers are different but their prices are the same. As I consider reassembly, both the tubes should have either what is labeled in the fiche as a valve housing or a bushing. That will depend upon whether the tube is left-side or right-side.
When I compare the tubes in the line diagram, the left tube has 13–a sealing ring, 14–a coil spring, and 15–a valve; the right tube does not. The coil spring is not in your list of differences. The right tube has 9–the bushing.
If this were my project, I'd reassemble using the names found in both the line diagram and the fiche because they are the same. I'd assemble parts according to BMW's diagram. I'd insert the bottom spacers with their narrow sides downward in both tubes.
Perhaps mlytle might illuminate this further because he has rejuvenated that style of fork during work on his K75S Bricks.

Thanks Laitch,
The tranlation sounds like a german joke.
I dismantled dampers from stanchions. And surprise surprise...

One bushing/housing (if not obvious the one with a finger on it) looks like a piece of pipe?!It´s not aluminum, like the other one and definitely not the same shape. Someone replaced the bmw bushing/housing? It doesn´t look like something Bmw would use?

Don't presume to know how parts from BMW should look. Material and appearance conform to purpose if they are the OEM parts. Each of the two housings/bushing serve different purposes. There isn't a reason they should be exactly alike.
You should be keeping the parts of the left and right assemblies separated from each other. Assemble the parts you have according to the photo and the diagram from the BMW manual. What is missing? In your photos, identify which part housing/bushing came from which fork leg. Where is the #14 spring from the line diagram?

Right tube compression damping only #09 31 42 1 457 601 BUSH (to 08/91) 0.14 1 $8.62
Left tube double action hydraulic damper provides compression phase and rebound phase
16 31 42 1 454 621 VALVE HOUSING (to 08/91) 0.09 1 $8.62
from Technical features in detail
The hydraulic damper unit consists of an aluminum tube with piston and a Teflon sealing sleeve, a rebound stop spring and the valve
housing. There is a spring-loaded aluminum ring between the filler disk and the light alloy valve housing. During the compression phase
it allows the oil to flow, so that damping is only slight. As the rebound phase starts it shuts off the valve passage, with an o-ring to reduce
noise and ensure freedom from leaks. The oil then flows through a calibrated bore into the pressure-stage area of the damper.
The valve housing is secured without play in the fixed tube by means of a disk and a Seeger clip.

Found it

So i found this image:

And it seems like it adds up.
Only thing that stil botheres me is that in the left leg, the spacer (#17 in this image) was upside down- with the wider side down.

That´s a good reminder! I did some small contribution late last year. I´ll definitely do it again soon.

You found that image already. It's the same image that you attached in Reply#2; it has just been modified with the number 18 which probably indicates the entire assembly on a legend somewhere in another reference book.
People fail to assemble things correctly. Don't let that bother you unless you have paid them to assemble something. We all are flawed. Just assemble the components according to the line drawing and include all the parts on the line drawing in all the positions on the line drawing to the best of your understanding. Fill the tubes with the correct amount of fork oil. Use mid-weight oil—7.5W. If you don't like the ride after that, use lighter or heavier weight oil, lose or gain body weight by bingeing or starvation, or just adapt.
