Title: K-bike wheel interchangeability
Post by: Lawrence on November 19, 2011, 10:21:12 AM
My 1985 K100 wheels are not easy to clean.  Would the newer three-spoke wheels be a direct bolt-up or is there some other issue that would prevent using them on the early bikes?
TIA

If you get 3-spokes from a 2V K then they'll just bolt up.  Same rotors, axle, calipers, forks, etc... Might need some different axle spacers on the front though.
