While removing the rrear running light on my 1995 k75 I destroyed the bulb and can’t make out the size
Can someone tell me the size and where I can purchase the bulb. LED not necessary

It's a 5008 bulb, 10 watts.

Headlight Bulb High Beam and Low Beam   9003   60/55W
Tail Light Bulb   5008   - 10W   
Turn Signal Light Bulb Front and Rear  7506    - 21W
Brake Light Bulb  7506   
Parking Light Bulb  3893  - 4W

Bring it with you to almost any auto supplies shop,  even your local service station may have it.

I updated my stop and tail light globes a while ago at Repco an OZ auto supply store. They offered three choices of globe standard and two Repco branded globes one long life and the other extra bright. I presume your local auto supplier should offer the same.

I picked up the 5008 10w,  doesn’t seem as bright as the previous bulb. Can I go up on the wattage and if yes how far up.
As I previous mentioned the tin jacket of the old bulb I removed was destroyed so I can’t tell what was in there before. The glass portion of that bulb is intact.
