Bit of a cool, overcast morning in coastal Virginia. Decided to take my regular ride on VA route 5 along the James river and stop at a Charles City County park where there were a few bald eagles soaring.

Nice ride yesterday, visited site previously posted by Stokester. It's about 20 miles from my domicile and part of a local favorite ride: along one bank of the James river, cross the river via free VA DOT run ferry and the return home on the other side of the James. About a 100 mile romp on nice, secondary roads. Usually traffic free especially mid-week.
Last ride for the K100 this year, topped off petrol, added fuel-stablizer, dis-connected battery and covered her up till spring.
I keep the K1100 road-worthy all year for those weird 60 degree winter days. Though winters are mild here in central Virginny.
Question: Does the iconic top case remain so if color-matched to bike and luggage?
ride on.........
