Anyone else going to the RA rally in Woodstock VA next month?
My plans are to head up a day early on my '78 R100S to help setup Airhead Central.

Will probably scoot down the Skyline (remember the Natl Park Pass) to see the gathering, but only a daytrip. Grew up in that area (Waynesboro/Afton), excellent riding. Hope to bump into you there.

The bricks will be parked for this one as I plan on riding the R100S across the middle of Virginia tomorrow.
Hope to see you there, drop by Airhead Central.

Always loved the bullet fairing! Ride safe, good travels.

Would love to make it down to Woodstock. It's been a long time since I've been to a BMW Rally.

Like Stokester mentioned, the Oct 11-13 get together is in Lenexa, VA. It's listed in the BMW ON magazine.

caveman and I were able to meet up at Airhead Central where I helped the Air Marshall with setup and some wrenching
Good rally with Jack Riepe in the house making the rounds extolling the virtues of the K75 to all. He held court at AC a few times giving us all a good laugh.
My R100S outside AC.

Did not see any car tires on bricks, only saw a few setup with sidecars who had those type of tires.
The mobile detailer Marty is a regular at all the major rallies. He is a K75 rider with three almost identical bricks with over 500k on them as he travels around the country. We spent Thursday night drinking beer using his phone to watch the Packers beat the Bears on NFL opening night.
Go Pack Go!
