Title: Email notifications----modify how?

I can't seem to find the page to change the email preferences under my profile.   I'm not "watching" any topics, yet get emails saying I am.
How do you "unwatch"  a topic?

Under "Modify Profile," select "Notifications."

for topics... it is as billyday says as he anxiously awaits his yamadog from cali...

for boards it is the notify unnotify button at the bottom of each board...
