So ive got this totaled title k75, it got slowly smushed up against the back of a vw; all the major components are okay but the fairings and what not were trashed. So i stripped all the broken bits off and road it a day, stopped at a movie theater and when i came back out it wouldnt start. Getting turnover and the dash/ headlight works fine. (though i pulled the horn off)
Now to get into my issues, it seems like my coils/ ignition system/ plugs/ fuses/ switches are all good but ti doesnt seem like im getting continuity in all three of my HT leads. Ive done my reading and determined that it might be the hall sensor but since thats farther into the engine then ive gotten+ expensive to replace i just want to know if there could be anything else that it might be.
Oh and the guy i bought the bike from was having a spark problem when he sold it to me dirt cheap, but when i got it in my hands the problem mysteriously disappeared, which makes me think this might be a recurring issue.

Also does anyone have the full 5th page for Bert Vogals k bike starting flowchart. When i opened it the page was cut in half on the vertical margin.

You needn't avoid checking the Hall sensor. Check Hall sensor performance at the electronic ignition module according to the chart in this post (http://www.motobrick.com/index.php/topic,6894.msg47463.html#msg47463). Read to the end of the thread. Keep in mind that ~ indicates AC voltage so the multimeter must be set correctly for pin 8, 9 and 10 readings. I'm suggesting you start with that post because the thread gets off to a rocky start but symptoms in the opening post are a lot like what you're describing.

Just scroll down the page or rotate the view.
Post some photos of the moto.

As far as your continuity reading of the HT wire set, you will not get a meter reading as the plug wires have a "gap" internal to the plug cap so they will read as open.
