Dear friends,
I want to change my exhaust system with custom one. But in this case I need to remove the oxygen sensor (custom exhaust doesn’t have a hole for oxygen sensor). So can I remove this sensor and drive my bike without a problem? The bike is k1100 LT cafe.

greetings...
poast up some photos of this 1100lt cafe racer...

greetings...
sexy unique build...
the cat equipped exhaust motobrick has been known to run rich with no o2 sensor... low fuel mileage... low power... fouled plugs... you getts the idear...
you could take the stock exhaust off and bolt on a unique exhaust and wire in the bmwafxied (https://www.beemerboneyard.com/bmwafxied1100u.html) and getts the motronic dialed in..

Show us a pic of the other side. I want to understand how you got this far into your café build without dealing with the exhaust already.

Yes, I can to mount the oxygen sensor in new exhaust system, but I can remove catalytic converter. Can I have a problem without catalytic converter ?

The catalytic converter converts noxious exhaust gas into less-noxious exhaust gas to meet air quality standards. If your moto's exhaust needs to pass an emission test, it probably won't pass it easily without one. Engine performance shouldn't be affected without one.
The oxygen sensor affects fuel mixture; therefore, your moto's engine might not run as efficiently without one. Reports vary about that.

Thank you!
In this case I only need to insert the oxygen sensor in new exhaust system.

To be fair, some FI systems have two sensors, one before and one after the converter.
K bikes are too old for that.
You can think of it simply - if the converter is after the sensor, the sensor doesn't care if it's there.

greetings...
you do not need o2 sensor if you have a comtroller to dial in the motronic...

The sensor on K-bikes is after the converter.
It will run rich with out one.
I have Remus systems on both my bikes, no cat's but they did have the option for a threaded hole for the sensor.
Like Johnny mentioned, look into a custom fuel tune.
Or really get adventurous and replace the motronic with something else that can be better controlled and tuned.

I have owned two 16V K100RS bikes without O2 sensors. What they had was a pot that was adjusted for a certain percentage of CO at idle. I'm not sure, but it may require a different ECU.
