Title: Front brake metal pipe replacement
Post by: andrej_gr on November 21, 2018, 06:54:58 PM
G'day

Would like to replace K75 ABS front brake metal pipe connecting the callipers, with a braided hose. (ABS was removed by PO).

Any concerns? If no, then what's the name of this fitting? Here are the options available on helperformance.com hose builder, if any of these:

ride down to your local brake shop and have a chat to them would be your safest bet

no disrespect intended but if you are not  too mechanically minded, i would be using the professionals and I think you would find they could make up a set and fit them at a reasonable cost

+1 I have a local automotive brake shop that will make up hoses or pipes on the spot. Either take the bike in or take photos of both ends use a piece of wire measure fitting to fitting.
Regards Martin.
