I have '92 K75 RT, with Showa forks, which I'm going to build up to street tracker. For rear shock I chose Wilbers 630 stage 1, with adjustable rebound.
Has anyone any experience of these Bitubo Fork Insert kits: https://www.ebay.com/itm/BITUBO-Gabeldampfereinsatz-YBC-K75-BMW75/322989046586?epid=21012745324&hash=item4b33a5bb3a:g:pOMAAOSw4QdaVIn8:rk:1:pf:0&vxp=mtr
Is it an upgrade or downgrade from standard Showa forks?
Fork spring is another issue. Now, without the RT fairings, headlamp and without fuel the front sag under my weight (without riding gear) is only 20 mm. I may have to shorten the spacers... time will tell, when the bike is finished. I could get Progressive suspension springs by 93 EUR, but does it get any better?
Full Andreani insert kit with springs would cost over 500 eur + work, reguires some modification.

no idea about the Biturbo inserts but if you get them I could use the stickers.

Does which get any better—the reduction of sag or the price? Progressive-rate springs and the appropriate fork oil grade and amount should reduce sag. Isn't this just an homage bike being created, or are you intending to flat-track it in competition?

Yes! I need them to keep my footpeg rubber from rotating
