Looking to try Redline Synthetic Gear oil.
There’s at least 3 different ones.
2 with different weight# and one that says Shock
Proof.
Could the guys that have used this let me know
which one they’ve tried and did they like it.
I’m trying to improve the 1 to 2 shift

Have you lubed the clutch splines? They have a major impact on the 1-2 and 2-1 shift.

+1 on the splines, it's a common issue with these bikes. As for the Redline I'd recommend the Heavy Duty Shockproof for the transmission. I've been using it in my Ural and notice a dramatic improvement. But that is a box of rocks and gravel, it might be overkill with a K bike. I've never had shifting issues with regular gear oil (except at 100K with a bent shift fork) Somewhere north of 200K now, I think it has Valvoline Syn 75-140 in it.

I throw a couple spoonsful of Molybdenum disulfide powder in the transmission. After a couple hundred miles of running it coats everything in there and makes all the parts that slide around when you shift move more easily.

Redline makes:
-75W90 GL-5
-75W140
-Super light Shock Proof 75W90
-Heavy Shock Proof
Which one?

shockproof isn't needed in a k bike FD or trans.
redline MTL in the trans, redline 75/90 ns or 75/140 ns in the FD. "ns" is the stuff WITHOUT friction modifier for NON-LSD final drives.
i have been using redline stuff in all my BMW's for 20+ years..which includes M street cars and full on racecars. i only use shockproof in the race car differentials. things that are really heavily loaded in track conditions. we call shockproof "blue goo" because it stains and makes a mess of everything.

Can I use this one?

You were writing about Staburags NBU30 PTM back in July. Have you lubed the transmission input shaft splines? Don't put off that input shaft lube if you don't know when it was done last. That will help you down shift for certain. Be certain your clutch is adjusted, too. Final drive input shaft gets lubed every tire change.
I use 80W90 from NAPA so I'm not qualified to answer your question. mlytle answered your question.
