Title: One Piece Intake manifold
Post by: Roland on August 15, 2018, 01:42:22 AM
Hello, I am looking to find some OE dimensions on the cylinder head of a 1985 k100rt. I know the dimensions to make singular aluminum intake flanges to replace the rubber booties on the engine but what i want to do is make one piece which spans across all four of the intake ports. I need the degrees of rotation the mounting holes have on the intake flanges.

Info known
I know that the wholes are 76.5 mm from center to center apart. i also know that the flanges mounting holes are 57mm apart from each other making the holes 28.5 mm from the center on each side.

what angle are the intake flanges placed at on the head?

thank you and cheers

never mind about this question. I actually was able to measure the dimensions. I can post a model with the dimensions on it if anyone wants to use it in the future
