this happened a while back, luckily I was able to record it for posterity.  I remember over on bmwmoa, where mileage is everything, some guy figured out when to set his trip odometer so they read 123456...7890 :eek:

Te trick is to calculate when the trip meter gets the right digits.  Takes about 5 minutes to figure out.  Then you have to reset the tripmeter to 000 at exactly the right point.  Did it with Moby Brick last summer.

And no, my garage is not neat...
