Thanks for adding me to the group! I'm from Fort Worth TX , 65 years old, and a retired administrative judge.
My 1991 K75S is the newest bike in the garage; also have a 1984 BMW R100RS and a 1973 Yamaha RD350. The R100 was bought new, now has 302K miles, bought the K75 to ride while restoring the airhead in 2005. The Yamaha is my second childhood toy; had one in the 70s, wicked good fun!
I do pretty much all of the maintenance and repairs to all three, ride for transportation and recreation, and I'm looking forward to being here.

Welcome!
That is quite some miles you have done on the R100, very impressive I used to love the RD350, it was every teenagers dream 2 stroke pocket rocket!
Pictures please!

Welcome! Nice collection. I wouldn't mind having one of those old R100's. Had a friend when I was in the army who had an RD350 that I got to ride a few times when I tuned it for him. Always made me smile!

. . . I'm looking forward to being here.
Welcome, ws!
You're here already—even if you aren't. Post some photos of your K-bike and the others.

nice grouping! :2thumbup:

Hi, you and I have similarities: an airhead, a brick and two angry chainsaw engines put together. I am impressed with all those miles in the RS. Commendable.

And the airhead did the miles with 3 timing chains, 2 valve jobs, rings replaced twice and clutch once.

Welcome from OZ.

Welcome to the group! I've got a couple of airheads myself and still have a Yamaha RD125B awaiting my time.
Lots of good info here, you'll find that these K75s can be worked on which is why my '93 K75S is the most modern bike in my garage.

howdie ws76133,
you sore have a nice stable to ride out of!

Thanks, Caveman. Having three to choose from save money, if I want something different, it's on the other side of the garage, instead of at a dealership with a big pricetag.
